Three things to get us started

Analytics & Search Console access

So we can track exactly what's working and report it to you honestly, we need read-only access to your Google Analytics and Search Console. One link handles both — no digging through settings.

Read-only means we can see the data to measure progress — we can't change anything on your accounts.

Add me to your Google Business Profile

Your Business Profile is the single biggest lever for showing up in the local map results, so I'll need Manager access. The fastest way is to add me yourself — you'll need to be an Owner of the listing:

  1. Go to business.google.com
  2. If you manage more than one business, click the right one.
  3. Open the ≡ menu (or ⚙ / three-dot) → Business Profile settings.
  4. Click People and access.
  5. Click Add (top-left).
  6. Enter victor@thomasdigital.com
  7. Set the role to Manager.
  8. Click Invite.

That's it — I'll get the invite and accept on my end. You stay the Owner; I'm just added as a Manager.

Can't find "People and access," or not sure you're the Owner?
No problem — just reply to my email and I'll send a request for access instead that you can approve with one click.

How we'll handle your content

Each month we'll send you the new articles for your site to review. Here's the one thing to know:

You have 5 business days to review every article before it goes live.

Approve them, or send your edits in one reply. If we don't hear back within those five days, we'll publish — because steady, consistent publishing is exactly what makes SEO work, and your busy weeks shouldn't stall your own results.

Nothing is ever permanent. Because we host your site, we can edit or take down any piece at any time — even after it's live. You're never locked in; the five-day rhythm just keeps the momentum going.
Your first three months
MONTH 1
Foundation
The heavy lifting, mostly behind the scenes: we audit the site, fix the technical groundwork (page structure, titles, schema), optimize your Google Business Profile, and turn on review generation. You won't see ranking jumps yet — this is the plumbing everything else depends on.
MONTH 2
Momentum
Content starts shipping — Durham-focused pages built around the searches your clients actually make, written to convert. Reviews begin accumulating and your profile gets more active. Early signals appear: more impressions, profile views, the occasional new keyword.
MONTH 3
First movement
Pages typically begin climbing. You'll often see real movement in the local map results and on your target searches — especially the less-competitive terms. Competitive head terms take longer, and we'll always be clear about which is which.

Honest expectations: SEO compounds. Month one is foundation; the real movement builds over the months that follow. You'll get a clear report every month so you always see exactly what's happening — and I'll never promise a specific Google ranking. I'll promise you the work, and the truth about what's moving.
